Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are provided based on the information you share. Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if conditions differ materially from what was described. Any changes will be communicated before work begins.
Scheduling & Cancellation
We do our best to honor scheduled appointments. Weather, safety conditions, or unforeseen events may require rescheduling. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Property & Liability
We treat every property with care. Please notify us in advance of any fragile fixtures, security systems, pets, or other access considerations. EMS Window Cleaning carries appropriate liability insurance.
Promotional Offers
The "$50 Off First Cleaning" offer applies to new customers only and cannot be combined with other discounts. EMS Window Cleaning may modify or end any promotion at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMS Window Cleaning's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
